Are all the 3 letters and numbers .net already sold out

I don't really know where to ask this question so I'll just ask it here: I'm thinking of buying a 3 letter or 3 number (or mixed) .net domain. Curious to know if I have to purchase from a reseller or are there any left to register?

Also, is there a good website that allows bulk search (through advance search) of short domain names? Years back there was a nice tool at llll.com that allowed us to search for short domains availability and whatnot.

i just sold y0p.net on namepros for $10 buy now

been sitting there for a while no one bothered to bid

unless you have specific needs, there is noting other than regfee value to mixed 3C.net/org doamins.. and zero liquidity.

cheers

Thanks. What about the value of mixed 4 letter-number combination.coms? Any value?

I've definitely got my eye on premiums, that's a given. But I think I'll spend a few bucks on what some people consider crap domains, haha. A few that I can keep for about a decade and see where this industry takes us.

Yes, all 3 letter or 3 number .net domains have been sold out and it would be rare to find one that is available on the general market. However, you can still purchase these kind of domains from auctions, directly from the seller, etc.

Try using the advanced search features of the most popular domain name selling sites. They typically have great filters that allow you to find exactly what you need.

You can find 3C .net in aftermarket for good price. Premium ones will cost more.
