I am on the DNS website right now and I logged in without hassles. Contact customer care ASAP. Go to the Home page... Scroll all the way down to... Contact Us (via Phone or E-mail). Hope this helps.

DNS support didn't respond to my email.

Well, if Support is not responding, why not approach higher peeps over there, viz;

Jeffrey Gabriel, Vice President of Sales: [email protected]
(Tel: 1-949-416-2555 x6261)

or

Vern Jurovich, Chief Operating Officer: [email protected]

I expect them to at least 'do something'.

Hi,

Probably a developer oversight as they are probably outputting the contents of a variable that is an Array which is why is says Array. Normally, you have to iterate through the array to get the values not just echo out all of the contents. I don't use DNS so can't comment on their system.

Regardless, I wouldn't think you should see a value named 'Array' when interacting with any system.
