From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

I have followed this thread since 2 individuals reached out to me to act on their behalf. I have gathered good information from this thread and from them personally. Please note a civil case can take a while but if I have all the information I can represent accordingly.

I hope people heed discobull's advice here.

IIf legalresults is a qualified professional they can and should disclose their identity and provide their professional email address. Even then, if they aren't representing you then you have to ask who it is that they are representing.

Providing your evidence to an anonymous third party is not a smart idea. They could quite easily be under instruction to try and ascertain as much of the evidence that people could present in court against Adam Dicker as possible so they can build their own case around it.

E.g.

LOL, you should see some of the stuff which hasn't been shared, it hit my inbox from somebody anonymous a couple of weeks ago.

It is wise to be as cynical as possible and to trust people as little as possible. With me declaring on here that there is more that hasn't seen the light, and others stating that they are having trouble finding legal representation, this stinks a little bit of a shill using opportunism to gain info.

Bear in mind if Dicker is going down there are sharks circling to snap up his domains as cheap as possible and they will see advantage in info. The more trouble the cheaper the price.

i think post.com was a free email service or still is. Popular names are being rented out to email address providers.

Also keep in mind that spammers often use domains they don't own to spoof an email address. You can send mails from any domain you want to even if you don't own it.

It is well known and a common problem for people who own a lot of popular domains that they are being spoofed and used for spam mail.

Obviously Worldmedia has nothing to do with that. It would be like saying Microsoft spams because some send junk mail from a hotmail address.

Selling off all of this best domains, looks like he's just trying to liquidate to walk away from the industry with as much capital as he can, either to start something new or to pay off the mortgage to make early retirement possible.

As for refunds.... surely we've all given up on that now? Shane Bellone has refunded those who donated to the legal fund, nobody has heard from any of those owed money for yonks....

Either they've all given up on the idea of being refunded or they've all signed an agreement designed to silence them.

If those who are owed money are like me they are hard at work ensuring AD has as little wiggle room as possible. Our summons has been issued (they just need to serve him) for the 40k plus that he owes us and it will take a couple of weeks before we know what excuse he will put forward as his defence. It will make no difference though we have over 60 emails from Adam promising to pay us back along with a number of payment plans that he missed and then cancelled Pay Pal ECheques. Also the domain names he offered as security that never eventuated! He has no room to move here but we expect he will try to defend to buy more time.. Luckily he asked us to pay him into his personal account so I have a personal action to go on rather than one of his so called "companies".

Actions speak louder than words here, my advice do not waste your time talking to him, and as for his lawyer I think his brief is limited to damage control, not resolution, two emails to him with no response! He wont even confirm he is acting for AD nor will he confirm he can accept service of the summons.

Once again thanks to all the posters that have provided solid evidence to us to assist us in our claim, after 6 months of promises this blog made us realise we to had been tricked. As a small sign of our appreciation we plan to donate 20 percent of the net proceeds we receive from our claim to pay those who have confirmed their debt with Shane to be paid on a pro rata bases.

Perhaps you should ask Ron Jackson, purveyor of DNJournal.com and the organizers and SPONSORS of the domainer conferences at which Dicker was asked to be a guest-speaker. I remember those individuals having wonderful things to say about AD, praising his accomplishments.

Since you seem to have an inside on who 'some' of them may be, why not you start and name 'some' of them to make other domainers aware so as to keep them from falling into their 'scamming' schemes. If you can prevent others from falling prey to AD like scams, you'd be a domainer savior. Or are you just gonna keep them protected so 'business' (your) can go on as usual?

Not going to protect anybody, but I can only call out who I had a business relationship with who try to screw me. I did warn people about Rick Latona, Rob Monster, Chief Patrick, (they were not doing what they saying they were going to do) and voiced my opinion about what Adam Dicker did with conflict of interest on bidding on auction domains when he worked at Godaddy. Although I have no proof, but be careful of certain domain brokers who act like there buying names from you for there clients but in fact buying the names for themselves. That is a big conflict of interest.
