From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

I'm not siding one way or another but anyone going to a public forum rather than an attorney for support and help is in the wrong place. I've had several contacts broken, or were trying to be broken in businesses other than domaining and I never went to a forum for help to solve the dispute. JMO...

Does anyone think its ok to sell a email blast on a per email basis when you add over 100k of unverified (spam/bot) emails and claim them as real people??

So its not OK to call him on it now because he is finally trying to repay A FEW people?? What about my 20 emails he didn't reply back to? What about that?

Poor Adam is having a hard day because ALL the people he has scammed are coming out at the same time making it hard to shut them up one by one

First off I don't work for Adam. I don't have to follow his repayment process or whatever you call this.

He owes ME money. For a service HE SCAMMED me on.

So now he can spend HIS TIME going through all the emails of people that complained about his BS email campaigns and fix up each complaint. Considering I sent at least 20 emails asking for my issue to get sorted out I'm certain he'll find me in the process BUT AS IMPORTANTLY he will also sort out everyone else he screwed over.

I have no interest in making this easy for him. If he wants to fix things he should go back and fix things for EVERYONE he STOLE from and not just a few people that found out about this.

You guys should just let the courts decide. My opinion was a crappy way to get exposure. Most people hate email spam. It's annoying. If he owes you take it there anyone within last 60 pages understands someone probably got ripped off. We all understand that part. People say google him and see. Well I googled alot of stuff heck even found interviews bragging how certain other have a dont give a f@ck attitude to this industry anyways. Like that's a much better thing to be known for. Big corporation love doing business with people who are interviewed on this don't give a f@ck attitude.

Those who are here for help can reach out to Adam at his email to get things resolved. And if it's not to the satisfactory of the claimants, they can voice out here again.

On the other hand, there are some people here who are not affected / related going to the extreme to destroy someone.

It's easy to set up an anonymous account to criticise without revealing any vested interest in the bashing.

Strength comes in numbers. Why then so many people here stating their complaints? Even people who worked for him. I'm not a "basher" I want my money back. And until I'm paid back I won't shut up untill I get paid.

Yes I've already spoke with an attorney. He want to file litigation and fraud charges. I asked him to wait at this time because supposedly Adam was going to pay everybody back. So far it's been hot air

So lets not blame the victims, Adam Dicker is a guy that has a history of deceit, has failed to pay people while living in one of the richest areas of Toronto, failed to have any empathy for anyone that was spending hard earned money to build a business. Money taken from their own families while he got fat off it. Sorry no sympathy for him.

I'm not sure most posters (myself included) in this thread - that have no business history with Adam - are neither satisfied, nor dissatisfied with his clearing up questionable business practices. If it appears that there is a lessening of sympathies or validation, it may be a result of the various perspectives here. Some people have been manipulated, some people possibly fleeced, some people unaffected at all other than playing on the same jungle gym, some expecting better from the more influential of the business.....etc.

If you have read this thread it's clear I am no Adam Dicker apologist or supporter. That said, this forum has probably reached its end point with motivating Adam Dicker to make right. He has been undressed here pretty well, and devoted more attentions here in recent days than recent years - eventually he will consider this medium lost ground, cut his losses here, and maneuver in areas where he still has influence.

By now the majority here in this venue have drawn their respective conclusions about Adam Dicker, adverse or not. And the thread has resulted in resolutions for some people affected - but mark my words, bury him under too much dirt and garbage and he won't be as inclined to care about it at all.

Namepros seems to have been pretty liberal (and devoting resources) with this thread, but eventually policing it for memes and looping rants will get it shut down, and then where will you go to voice your story?
