This story starts with DNF; a barren wasteland that once was a leading forum within the domain industry. While the forum itself played a huge role in propagating the myth that is Adam Dicker, the story really begins with DNF College in the summer of 2011.

Updates / Reports
These are in no particular order.

From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

What's with the GoDaddy TDNAM Scandal? From what I read, it's about an employee bidding (against customers) on the platform and the company said the employee had "NO ACCESS to ‘inside information,’… no more access than you would have had in the auction."

Did I miss anything more about this?

To this date and time there are still many that have not been paid back. The same BS is happening. he keep promising I'll take care of this "today tomorrow next day. Email I will resolve this!" Same old BS he is ignoring the situation. I just turned him into Yahoo with fake Marissa Mayer photo. I will proceed with other filings on Monday if I have to. By the way, I'm not a "newbie" in domaining. If they don't know already I will address every seasoned domainer I know from Rick Schwartz to Howard Neu to put pressure on Adam to pay back money he has taken from unsuspecting people. In addition I plan to bring focus of this blog and story to his community newspaper.

he stole domains from people that were bidding on them. He manipulated the auctions in his favor. I know because he did it to me. I should have realized then he wasn't to be trusted.

And what about those outside of the domaining community? They won't read this forum, is Adam Dicker reaching out to those too? Any reputable business wouldn't need to ask people to reach out to them in order to get paid. They would take care of the situation directly... This guy is a joke.

Can only hope these people are smart enough to go after him. Names can be given to law enforcement agencies and they will contact them for questioning

Wonder what happens to people like me that paid Adam for an email blast, when the numbers were mostly false and he claimed they were all real people. Does this pay back period extend to 2013? I mean a scam is a scam right or is there a time period when after that date people that have been scammed by this guy are shit outa luck?

On another note, he's famous now and won't be able to steal from people again

The thread mentions him by name and his extortion-like business RemoveMugshots.com. Just more unethical business practices and black hat seo.

The mugshots.com scheme was IMO one of his most egregiously unethical. I'm surprised he wasn't put in prison for it because I don't see how it's any different than what Kevin Bollaert did when he was charging women to remove their images from revenge porn sites. Bollaert was sentenced to 18 years in prison but that sentence was for identity theft in addition to extortion so I'm not sure what part of the sentence was for the revenge porn scam.

Sahar Sarid had nothing to do with that. He sold the domain name to the operator.

Thanks. I've removed his name from the quote.

I've already posted a link for victims to report a complaint to the FBI internet crime center. Below is the link again for convenience:

https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

Not sure if you've been a victim of an internet crime? Here's the FBI's own definition:

Q: Do you have a definition of Internet crime that I can refer to?

Internet crime is defined as any illegal activity involving one or more components of the Internet, such as websites, chat rooms, and/or email. Internet crime involves the use of the Internet to communicate false or fraudulent representations to consumers. These crimes may include, but are not limited to, advance-fee schemes, non-delivery of goods or services, computer hacking, or employment/business opportunity schemes.

Here's the email Adam was circulating to recruit "salespeople" for the mugshots scheme:

First go to removemugshots.com and click the top right link that says affiliates and sign up as an affiliate.
You will get $50 from everyone that gets their mugshot removed. It is easy to make $300-$500 a day.

I made $3500 yesterday by following the process I will outline below. The more people you email the more chances you have that they will go through the process and have the mugshot removed.

You can also find them on LinkedIn or twitter. If they are on LinkedIn they are a business professional and really don’t want their company knowing about previous arrests.

There are 5 Million mugshots on mugshots.com so there is tons of money to be made for everyone.

Sign up for a new Gmail account and setup a new Facebook account, you do not want to use your own personal account.

My experience is that everyone is happy with you because you are helping them, you don’t own mugshots.com, you own removemugshots.com which performs a service to help them, so you are the hero not the bad guy.
=================================
Here is the process:

First you go to Mugshots.com and find a mugshot like this:

http://mugshots.com/Favorites/Gregory-Liascos.html

Then you go to Facebook and find the person:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/2801...00000791671471

I can tell it’s the same person because the name is somewhat unique and the arrest was in Michigan and it says in his Facebook profile he is from Michigan.

Then all you have to do is click ‘Message’ on his Facebook page and send him this message:

Hi Greg,

I work for a company that does online reputation repair by getting mugshots removed from Google and mugshots.com so that it never interferes with you getting a job, girlfriend or having your family find out.

I found your mugshot here and if I can find it so can anyone that googles your name.

http://mugshots.com/Favorites/Gregory-Liascos.html

If you would like it removed so it doesn’t come up when people Google your name go to removemugshots.com or click this link and follow the process.

http://www.removemugshots.com/mugshot-removal/
(You can put this link in your email but change the hyperlink so it goes through your affiliate link)

This will give you a fresh start and not interfere with you getting on with your life and someday having this thing from the past popup and cost you a job or other grief.

Best wishes,

Adam

I'm not one of those advocating reporting Adam Dicker to the FBI, because I think he'll lose enough from this negative publicity, but it would be poetic justice if he were to have to pay out thousands to get his own mugshot removed from these sites, after making a fortune extorting money from others to do the same.

How did he manipulate the auctions if he had no access to inside information? What exactly he did? Please explain.

You sound foolish believing he had no access to inside information. If he didn't have access to inside information, why the fuck was he VP of TDNAM auctions? How could he have done his job without it? How can you run an auction platform if you don't have any inside information? Inside information enables you to correct mistakes, handle glitches, and overall do one's job! You mean to tell me he had no information over and above the bidders he was bidding against?

And who assured us he had no access to inside information? The entity that probably benefited most from those auctions.

First off. he was President of TDNAM at Godaddy. That's not true he didn't have access or maybe someone did it for him.

If you were one of the people he took money from, thousands of dollars it would bother you a lot. He deceived people that have mouths to feed. Bills to pay.

Do you think it's funny? People are here for help and support. They got ripped off for a lot of money

Those who are here for help can reach out to Adam at his email to get things resolved. And if it's not to the satisfactory of the claimants, they can voice out here again.

On the other hand, there are some people here who are not affected / related going to the extreme to destroy someone.

It's easy to set up an anonymous account to criticise without revealing any vested interest in the bashing.

The problem is it's bullshit!! He's not getting back to anybody! Besides Frank Schilling who else has been paid back? Still lying! People are anonymous here. because of pending litigation. Just like most others here are anyway.

Others have reported being paid back, in this thread. No way of knowing of course if anyone is being ignored, Im not claiming to know anything.

I've been domanining for years. Business is business. You don't take money from people making false promises and never delivering. This situation has little to do with domains. It's more about his business practices on the websites web businesses. This has been a pattern of his. People are here telling their story so others don't get burned as well. also strength in numbers like class action. I'll shut up when Adam Dicker pays me back.
