The whois shows FINDYOURDOMAIN.COM as the owner still (they offer their top domains on namejet sometimes).

I am now also suspecting that sedo auctions. Did you remember @James Rodman, what happened then, we also have another thing that we both must have stressed on from the very beginning.
I think the best way to get this sorted is to have a word withthe namejet people. As I can see domain again there in the namejet pre release.
Domain was sold there and is again listed there again. Those people can answer lots of questions that has been bothering us all since last 36 hours

2015-09-15: (+/- 2 days) Nameservers for Lio.net now point to ns2626/ns1626.ztomy.com

ztomy's server redirects to malware distribution sites, probably for affiliate pay. So, here's how it works:

1. You go to one of ztomy's websites
2. You get a virus
3. ztomy (or someone else--does it matter?) gets your usernames, passwords, credit cards, and (evil laugh) domains.

@chetan9693, @James Rodman, one of you got hacked. If that domain ever made it into your account, James, it was you. Otherwise, it was Chetan.

My secret sources lead me to believe that James was the unfortunate victim. That's not definitive, though. There's also the remote possibility that Chetan or James is the culprit behind ztomy.

tl;dr: One of you needs to change your passwords. Probably both of you just to be safe.

To everyone else who reads this and feels the need to investigate ZTOMY: Don't. You'll end up in the same mess.

New Ventures LLC have stolen your domain, James Rodman hasn't scammed you.

I can't be bothered to explain in depth, I'll only tell you that google is your friend....

They have a long history of taking domains from accounts before the expiry date, and have some sort of close relationship with Network Solutions.

I've seen this exact same stuff before, which is why I'd never use Network Solutions as a registrar.

I think domain business is a great business and if we can begin to see it from that perspective, either real or business name is advisable. When we do that, it helps us to be more cautious in our dealings knowing fully well that we have a name or brand to protect.

NetSol has already parted them away from this, now i am waiting to hear that what Namejet and Flippa told to James about this

It's possible NS renewed it, so any whois check would show as renewed, however unless they had removed the domain from the account, within the domain account at the registrar it would still show as requiring renewal. I have used this to judge which domains I will keep because I assume if the registrar sees value, they'll simply auction it off.

I have even had a registrar place one of my domains on sedo when they have no control over it (I'd transferred it to another registrar). As the domain appears to have been with so many registrars in a very short space of time it's going to take some digging and the end result will likely change nothing.

I prefer holding domains a while before selling (not that I am overly active on that front) so everything settles.

Domain is not with me, i got refund for from seller long back.
it was never revealed that what was the exact error with netsol. but after that incident i never used netsol ever

I purchased a domain Lio.net from James on sept 2nd and this domain was removed from my account all of a sudden.
When I called Network solution then I was surprised to hear that domain is deleted from my account and is near New Ventures LLC and I was supposed to buy it form them.
I have opened a ticket an Network soution and will soon post it here all the updates
