Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

I will start with todays` Sedo confirmed sales:

FISE.com 2,700 Euros
TSRT.com US $760
VEUP.com US $1,700

Also, I found interesting to see this average LLLL, getting bids up to $51 and reserve not me. It says it all.

I've sold a few GEO-type LLLL's for a decent sum, (EMNJ for over $100 / FLDU over $200). I'm currently selling RPNN on Flippa. Sometimes, it's just an issue of luck. RPNN is at over $200 and considering LLLL sales these days, I'd say the final price is anyone's guess.

Agreed, is hard to put a value on any LLLL these days especially ones which werent worth much a year or two ago, though CVCV has been pretty consistent and pronounceables.

I just bought a small portfolio of LLLL.com names, and am wondering where is the best venue to sell these off. Any advice?

I think currently ebay is the best for low quality and sedo or tdnm for better names

Homework? No homework, just wait and wait.... for the end users.

I might forget to tell you: it's in 8 years, since 2007 :D

At the auctions (U.S.) it's about the same. You might find one on the forums in the $200-300 range. I still see a few Namejet auctions that fall under $300.

Do we have a strict definition for English premium?

Premium Letters

A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, L, M, N, O, P, R, S, and T.

Average Letters

J, K, U, V, W, and Y.

Bad Letters

Q, X, and Z.

These would apply to 2 to 4 letter .COMs, but excluding dictionary words and popular acronyms.

I would place the letter V in Bad letters. Boatloads of low price V-included 4L's on GoDaddy, most of which probably will never sell.

In my observation, if a 4L is not a quad-Chinese premium, the presence of the letter Q is the most damaging to sale price.

About 400 low-quality 4L.com's just came up for expiration at GoDaddy. They have a little over 10 days until expiration. I placed bids on all of them so I can track the prices.

I'm wondering if these might be GoDaddy owned 4Ls (maybe bought from Marchex) and they just want to liquidate. Not sure if they could do that, but how/who else would let 400 4Ls expire all at the same time? If they are worth $60 each, that's $24,000 worth of domains. If no one else bids, I'm on the hook for about $8,000 LOL. Might have to go on Shark Tank to raise some money :D

Personally I have sold domains with " q " for a decent price.
And I also just sold M**B here on NP. :xf.smile:

x,y,z are in top10 premium letters for Chinese users according to my .CN data.
q is not bad.
The worst are u and v.

Isn't " b" a very bad letter too?

it's in the middle.

Would you be so kind to help us non-Chinese speakers to understand how to evaluate letters?
That would be great!
