@RU - Yes, I know exactly what it means (I own the .com ;)), but since now it is used extensively around the world in news reports on TV, is used extensively in newspapers, is openly sang at the Football World Cup and broadcast on live TV and radio, pictures are displayed around the world of it, etc. I think that it has entered international usage and is specifically used as a synonym for one certain Mr. Putin, who basically people think the Russian word is appropriate for.

Indeed I should say that due to me actually understanding the meaning of the word I even communicated with the mods here before publicly posting and declaring that I had registered the domain name about which section I should put it under. At the time it was agreed that the adult section was best which is where I listed the news. However, as the word is now 'accepted' so widely as just a disrespectful synonym for Putin worldwide I feel that I can join the masses and use it without fear of recrimination, after all if it is used in the NY Times, Washington Post, The Guardian, etc. I am sure it can be used on here.

If I am mistaken I am sure I will be told.
