4 million is search volume or what? If this one in search volume, it's really 'potential' domain. But, sorry unfortunately I can't give any advise since I am also newbie

"Fair Price" does not exist. It is in between the ears. What seems fair to one person may appear exaggerated to somebody else. Read about Market - Domain Value - Fair Market Price etc on Wikipedia. To get whatever You absolutely want that is not free, You will have to pay what it takes - Before a competitor fetches it. (The guy who asks a girl for a dance first often has more chances to marry her than who comes late.)

for mid xx,xxx it damn well be a top keyword. without knowing the name its hard to tell though.
now if it was a .co, it wud be a diff story :D
