Hey,

I got some domain names pretty cheap and some others registered free. Do you think there is a chance to sell them and make some bucks with them ? because I don't have the time to develope them.

MY first question would be how to detect the worht of this two domains

aeroimage.cn
imagejockey.cn

both are running out in december this year and registered at name.com

and then a question I'm really curious about. I registered some free me.pn domain names ( I know they are not worth much most time)

but I checket them on domaintops and got some freaky results.
For trucks.me.pn they put out a worth of 14,980,502$ which is obviously to much. But what I would like to know is, if the domain is worth anything and where I can sell them.

I got other domain names with good keywords like tweet.me.pn but I really don't know where to sell them and how much to charge

most free domains don't actually belong to you so you can't sell them anyway... not sure about .me.pn's though, but domaintops' estimate is definitely way off.

it's said in there FAQ that you are allowed to sell the domains registered on your name.

i see... i'm under the impression that you really only have a subdomain, not a domain, but maybe i'm wrong...?

Yes, they are subdomains.

Being subdomains no domainer that knows what he/she is doing will pay for them. Tommorow the guy who owns the domain me.pn could decide to sell his domain or not offer these subdomains anymore.

still not sure that you really own anything though... is there some contract you have from the owner of me.pn? also, can't the registry in charge of .pn just take this guy's domain from him whenever too?

Exactly not a good idea if you ask me≥

One other issue with sub domains, sometimes they are blocked on corporate networks. So let's say you use it for your resume or portfolio, there's a pretty good chance that a potential employer wouldn't be able to see it. This happens with we.bs and co.cc where I work.

Best of luck.
