Typical domain brokerage fees

I'm sure many of you have experience teaming up with brokers to sell a domain. Let's say I send my sales associate a hot lead for him to get in touch with. What would be fair commission on a $500 sale? $10,000 sale? $100,000 sale?

I'd be interested to know some various brokerage fee structures around the industry.

Your question makes me curious, so I do a little digging about this typical domain brokerage fees:

~ 10% --> CollisionDomains
~ 15% --> Sedo, MediaOptions, DomainHoldings
~ 20% --> DomainHoldings
