I recently contacted the owner of a domain I was interested in. I cannot disclose the extension but it's a European ccTLD. The domain is

The price he offered me was mid xx.

I'm sort of tempted, and I was wondering what sort of advice you all could give.

You can tell without the extension

If it a really good extension, then its worth it, but if its some obscure extension then I wouldnt bother
