Kassey-excellent and informative post-thank you. I think that the China domain market will see more and more "names" that can also translate int the rest of the world. We own names such as eXingbie.com Time will tell if we're correct or not but we'll keep looking for great Chinese names that can be used worldwide. Happy Holidays!

Yes, the "G" should not be there. As a new blogger, I tried to check and recheck but I just didn't see the obvious mistake. Thanks for pointing out my typo.

I ran and regged HuiFengQi.com lol Hopefully I can Grace delete

You can have a prosperous future. You speak the language and understand the culture. All you have to do it learn some basic domain theory. Short, Catchy, Easy to pronounce, memorable. What makes your opportunity so unique is the Chinese are breaking every rule and buying 10's of millions in domains.

Kassey-I think you're going to get many replies on this post. We always try to buy the ".com" but we recently bought Duzhu.org I understand it's not the .com but I think it will have future value. As I mentioned above we own eXingbie.com The English version "eSex.com" is worth a lot of money to whoever owns it-how this one will translate we'll just have to see. There are single-pin, double-pin, 3-pin, and 4-pin. 5-pin or more are uncommon (= not practical).

Wow, You must be very good at Chinese!

In the name Hui(会) Fen(分) Qi(期), the character 会 can, as you said, be pronounced as either Hui or Kuai. See the Yabla result here: .

However, Kuai is used for accounting-related word, so may not be appropriate in this case.
