The Art of Setting the BIN

A “buy it now” price (BIN) can be a simple way to passively sell your domain names using a marketplace or custom landing page. Setting a BIN price can deter timewasters or those with unrealistically low budgets. It also means that you don’t have to negotiate, which can be time-consuming if you have a large portfolio.

There is an art to setting BIN pricing in conjunction with valuing your domain. Set your price too high and you have an unrealistic chance of selling. Set it too low and you’re losing out on potential income. Here, a domainer has shared their strategy for setting BIN prices.

"Wake up"? So we should just choose to ignore Booking.com, Hotels.com, Stamps.com, Gambling.com, Casino.com, Bulletin.com, Homes.com (acquired for $156M), etc. because RealEstate.com currently doesn't resolve?

Or would RealEstate.com actually sell for more than $8.25M today?

I'll tell you who should "wake up", those paying $11.8M for pixelated digital jpg NFTs!
