DAN.com Closing Down on June 27
A death by one thousand cuts is far from pleasant; former domainer sweetheart, DAN.com, will be shutting down on June 27. Three years after acquiring the DAN platform, GoDaddy pulls the platform, disabled since last September, off the ICU unit. Let's all hold a moment of silence in DAN.com's memory and share our best moments there.

Dollars.com Sells for $500,000 and Provides Another Example of Why Sedo's Mark Ghoriafi is Known as Mr. Premium
The unstoppable Mark Ghoriafi has done it again, brokering the sale of Dollars.com for half a million dollars. We can confirm that the payment wasn't made in $1 dollar bills and that the exchange was the result of hard negotiations—if only our politicians worked this hard for peace.

Sometimes a large domain sale happens once every 20 years but this domain investor did it in 2 year's time—flipping the domain in that time frame for considerably more than the acquisition cost. It's always refreshing to hear a success story that arrives from domain investors that get inspired and make it happen.
