I Was Offered $20,000. Should I Counter?

A company that uses a very similar domain to a name in this investor's portfolio has sent this domainer a $20,000 offer to buy the name. Should the investor submit a counter-offer or accept this price?

Other domainers have been giving their opinions here, with some recommending that the owner counters with a higher offer, whilst others recommend accepting the initial offer. What would you do?
