I've followed Yoyo.Email with some interest ever since I learned that Giovanni LaPorta (CEO of Yoyo.Email) registered around 4,000 company .email domain names to create a "certified email service."
It seems, however, that Yoyo.Email's plans aren't supported by many companies - with over 50 UDRPs filed against Yoyo.Email so far. Today, I came across a case against Mr. LaPorta's company which involves six high profile complainants, all represented by one company.
AllSaints.email (All Saints Retail Ltd), MFC.email (Middlesborough Football and Athletic Co. Ltd), KarenMillen.email (Karen Millen Fashions Ltd), SSE.email (SSE Plc), RAC.email (RAC Motoring Services Ltd) and Randstad.email (Randstad Holding N.V) have all formed one complaint against Yoyo.email.
The UDRP case states:
I don't follow UDRPs closely, but I've never seen six companies form one complaint against a single registrant before, but with Yoyo.email's track record, it's no real surprise (edit: see @Acroplex's comment below).
According to UDRPSearch.com, the complaint has been accepted and the panel has ruled that the domain names were registered in bad faith:
Brands will protect their identities online, no matter what the domain's intention; if it infringes their copyrights or trademarks, you're likely to hear about it.

The six organizations that form this complaint have a common grievance against the Respondent who has engaged in common conduct that has affected their rights in a similar fashion.
