Welcome to another edition of Detected Domains, in which we take a look at some of the acquisitions and sales from successful and prominent domain investors within the industry. Thanks to DomainIQ's portfolio monitoring toolkit, we are able to find some interesting deals that may give you inspiration for your own investing activities.

Each domain's movement has been detected within the past month, although actual sale or acquisition dates may have occurred prior to this.

Ammar @Kubba's Afterthought Inc bought Vrai.com.

Nat Cohen’s @Telepathy bought Racoon.com from James Booth (@BoothDomains) and Vole.com from GoDaddy’s NameFind portfolio

Telepathy sold Thunderous.com, a domain that is now used by an Australian company that is using blockchain technology to create a new University experience.

As noted here in a previous article, Telepathy also sold OB.com. Based on the current landing page, the new owner is likely to be a Chinese domain investor.

@Braden Pollock bought CryptoCo.com and Genomes.com. NameBio lists Genomes.com’s sales price at $4,300.

Garry Chernoff bought the two-word domain BlackPepper.com.

@Frank.Schilling's Name Administration sold many names this month including MM6.com, M12.com and Ludo.com. NameBio lists Ludo.com’s sales price at $50,000.

Elliot Silver (@EJS) acquired Hyena.com from Future Media Architects. His company also sold Stallion.com.

AbdulBasit Makrani (@AbdulBasit.com) acquired several domains including SpaceScraper.com and EquityTrading.com.

Internet Real Estate acquired XBX.com, Elitist.com and Walrus.com.

@Mike Mann sold TotalDesign.com for $60,000. As of writing, the name is in escrow at Afternic.

    Andy Booth (@andyboothsi) acquired GLC.com, AFS.com and FAS.com.

    James Booth acquired Rat.com.

Anything.com sold Interspace.com. According to a recent @DomainSherpa show, Larry Fisher (@changejobs) brokered the sale for a total of $136,410.

@Michael Cyger acquired DomainAcademy.com, which now redirects to his DNAcademy course. NameBio lists the sales price as $5,100.

Please see my comment. That's what I said... The animal name is Raccoon and not Racoon. Andrew assumed he was buying the animal name when it turned it it wasn't.
And the original post states the following:
I don't see what's the problem with my comment. Both my comments are accurate.

Also Drew didn't want to proceed with the purchase from me of Racoon due to it having 2 spellings so Nat purchased it instead.

So Drew's tweet is, um, inaccurate?
Can you explain what do you mean by 2 spellings?

    I agree with @anantj

Personally I would not buy the domain so @BoothDomains did well moving it out.

That said, probably most people spell it incorrectly anyways.
