In September, the domain name GJ.com was sold at auction on NameJet for $694,095; a sale that currently sits at number 7 in DNJournal.com's Top 100 Sales Chart of 2015. Ever since this sale, I have been tracking the domain name.
I've noticed some activity on the domain name in the past few days, and I can now confirm that GJ.com has been resold to DotMedia Limited; a Chinese company from Fujian Province. The sale looks to have been completed around November 20th, 2015.
Also, GJ.com has now been transferred from eNom.com to the preferred destination for many of China's investors: eName.
No price has been revealed for this most recent sale of GJ.com, but judging by the recent activity in two-letter .COM sales and based on my own involvement in two-letter .COM brokerage recently, I would speculate that this domain sold for a high six or low seven figure price.
The new owner is not averse to purchasing high value domain names. According to WHOIS details, he currently owns a large portfolio of three-letter .COM domain names, alongside a portfolio of four-letter .COM domains.
In other unconfirmed news, I've uncovered reports recently that the domain name LE.com sold for around $10,000,000 earlier this year. In two reports here and here (you'll need to translate those pages), there are reports that LE.com was sold for over 60 million RMB, which equates to around $10 million.
These reports haven't been confirmed, but the domain was transferred to Lenovation Technology Co of Beijing at the start of April 2015.
