Andrew Allemann is still not convinced, saying:

"Sellers should not expect a jump in sales; most of the features of Afternic Boost have been in place for a while now. These features will be turned off for anyone who opts out of the program. I’ve decided to opt out for now."

Let me tell you a short story of how I destroy Godaddy slowly, they even did not pay attention well.
First Godaddy/Afternic lowered their commission, not remember how much it was but it was higher, somewhere during Dan acquisition times.
Second they removed the search between Afternic and Godaddy, they AKA added some crap of AI as excuse and as something new. In some of those Afternic topics I said I would pay even 30% only to be happy to sell my domains, this was one of my own fairy tale, I would never join Afternic at such percentage, Godaddy bit the bait.
Third they introduced back that search as Boost.
In short what they did is that they did nothing until now, their main purpose was to buy Dan and kill it as many other marketplaces, so they keep their high fees and everybody else sunk in the water. That's a NoDaddy.

Now I m waiting for everybody to leave this Godaddy ship together with Afternic, too bad for Dan to be with them in same boat.

That is why Godaddy never copy everything from me, cause I may throw something unexpected and you will follow it.

I want my domains to be listed on the 150+ partner registrars when someone searches for my domain. No other platform or marketplace offers that. Because of that, I will continue to use Afternic, but not Boost
