The new weekly domain sales Report is out at DNJournal.com. No question what the highlight was this week – a Chinese consumer elecrtonics maker bought a two-letter .com in the biggest domain sale reported so far this year. That seven-figure blockbuster is joined on our latest weekly all extension Top 20 Sales Chart by 13 others .com, 4 non .com gTLDs and 2 ccTLDs. You can get all of the details here:

Some surprising .club 5-figures sales.

Looks like mainly 1 guy taking a shot.

With sales, there's initial purchase price like those. Those early bird domainers paying 4 figures or auctions like this one. I'm more interested in if they ever actually sell them for profit. 2 different types of sales.

There may be a bit of puffing up .club sales, if you know what I mean.

Wink, wink.

Yeah, It may very well be a handful or just one person. I'm all for the new gtlds, but just the thought of investing that much money on a gamble is insane. I hope it pays off for them eventually.

There are a couple of .club domains still available that are interesting, but I hate the new extensions so I'm not sure to invest in them yet.
