Good to see living.company was sold for $2K since I have living.center in my portfolio :sold:

At the end of 2014, total the number of new TLD registrations and compare that to the total # of new TLD aftermarket sales (NOT registry sales). A passive .COM portfolio might see 1-2% turnover annually. With some marketing effort sales volume can be improved. However, I believe with these new TLDs it is going to be extremely difficult to flip these domains in the next five years for a meaningful profit at a portfolio level. I'm sure any sale will be heralded as evidence that TLD is a great investment. I don't see any evidence that investing in new TLDs is any different than throwing hundred dollar bills into a bonfire.
