For the first week in months there were more than a couple of .us sales to make the ccTLD list. Although :imho: the sale prices are very very low.

Cinema.us $4,000 Galcomm
Appraisal.us $3,205 TDNAM (This was definitely a steal)
Spyware.us $3,030 ( ARE YOU F***** KIDDING ME!!!!!)
Greenwich.us $1,205
Novels.us $1,004

Actually it was pretty offensive from GD all round. When it was just domainers asking about it, GD's response was basically "suck it up".

Once it hit Slashdot/Reddit/etc they changed their policy.

Now unless they have a sudden overnight epiphany, they knew it wrong all along but didn't care until the story went mainstream.
