This is an ongoing thing with YPN. I was just notified that we can't use images next to the ads anymore. This is from the same guy who 2 weeks ago told me the images were OK!
still using ad targeting gone through 3 different YPN inspections so far without anybody complaining about the ad targeting usage.
If I were you I would remove the images BEFORE getting warned because if you are a small publisher they'll likely just kill your account instead of warning you.
