Partner in crime..need a web gfx designer

I'm a web site coder. I know HTML, CSS, PHP, Java, Javascript and the non-web related C++. I would like to find an artist, a good layout designer and banner/other gfx designer to partner up with me. We are going to build rxldesigns.com (my opinion anyway) and begin selling our skills. So if anyone is interested, let me know.
