I need a script that visitors can use to ad their vacation rentals to a site I am working on.

So they might have to enter a short descriptions about property, location, price, and picture then submit to the site and have it added automatically...

i am now working at a realestate site for vacation rentals where users add their vacation propery add the available days on a chalendar and a price for every month. The person who wants to rent enters and selects the days he wants to rent the sistem calculates the price and then it sends an email to the owner. In the mail box of the site, as i made a message sistem, just like on ebay, Its has it all like foto upload, and a lot more stuffs, The site will be mine, but i am willing to sell the script to others for about 500 $. ON the site both owners and users will have their own control pannel where they can manage propertyes and stuff, The first property to add its free and the rest will be payed. The owner will have to buy a pack for example 10ads/year and the sistem will add the pack automaticaly on his Cpanel. I think this will be a cool renting realestate script. Of course the Script can work like a property selling script. Admin has Cpanel like users but from where he can control everything. The owners will be able to advertise the propertyes on the index for a fee also trough an automates pay sistem. Ill keep you updated

I`m using open-realty right now and it`s good. I recommend it.
There are also many other scripts I looked at before finding open-realty.Search hotscripts.com

Does anyone have or know of a rental home script, where a person can list their home for rent and the admin can either have it be a pay for service or a free service with a click of a button? Thanks
