How much for a custom Online ordering website....?

Hello,

My company has a request from a local restaurant to create a website with the following features:

Custom Menu Creation
Online Ordering with Integrated Shopping Cart
Hours
Directions
Automatic Delivery Radius Check
Management Module for Restaurant Price/Item management
Integrated formulas for creating specials on items

In short, the site would be able to handle online ordering via a menu that the user can interact with and automated credit card processing via an online processor. That would be the main feature.

We are looking for a price range that would be good to charge this company. Our normal designs go for about $1000, so please include that as the design cost.

I should clarify that we are not looking for someone to design this site, just a quote so that we can tell what we should charge our customer for us to design it.... its more of an appraisal request of the project.
