I am currently dev'ing a domain of mine into a downloads site, ONLY offering freeware, and no P2P or Torrents.
I will sort all downloads, and support etc, but I need someone who can make a design for the PHPnuke system, as well as add new features from time to time.

The site has huge earning potential, as I will also sort the SEO out, Im just not very strong on PHP or design.

The site can earn between $0.25 and $0.50 from each download, as well as an ongoing income of about $2 per day, for every 100 downloads which would continue all the time.

I am offering a 40% share in a long term project.
I am looking for a designer and PHPcoder who can add new features, not really major work but I would rather offer a professional the chance to do it, than to do a botched job myself.

The person who takes this job on, would need to spend only a few hours per week really, in updates etc. I would do the brunt of the work with finding downloads, SEO and support.
I have several ideas for the site, some of them are long term, these would increase download rates dramatically.
I have a 1 word .com to use for the site, which would be great for branding, and it also easy to remember (when I say 1 word .com I don't mean some obscure unrelated domain)

well to be honest, im not all that great with php.. I'V done a little with content management systems and what not... But I do know people who are fluint in php.. Im just trying to figure out the scope of the project, you say you need somone to do updates and such, but try to be a little more specific please. Thanks skrilla for your response. In regards to what sort of updates, the site would require a couple of new modules, such as one which can handle uploads in a better fashion (so that users can add new freeware) and also a control panel with an aff. program, so that a user can earn a % of the revenues for each piece of freeware that they upload and write a review for. Also, an integration system which allows search engines to add the capability of having "search for freeware" on their own sites, using the downloads site.

I know that initially that may require some work, but after the bulk has been done, only a couple of hours per week would be needed.
