Site Development needed for enom registar.

I'm trying to start a registar like namecheap and registerfly that use an enom reseller to sell domains. I'm wondering how much it would cost to design a website (very simple but effective design) and integrate enom into the design. I'm wondering if the script that enom offers to integrate it into your site comes so that the domains can be managed on your site and not enom itself. I've never done this before. Quotes welcomed through pm.

Oh yea I also have a retail reseller and a regular reseller. Can I use the retail reseller?
