Want some one to install www.Funnyusa.com in full working order.(all options must work right).

2)
give me a tutorial kinna file that will help a newbie to manage it
like how to add new jokes that ppl submit or changing the ad banners and other related stuff thats necessary to manage that site.
Consider the second option like a yearly support.
