website builder or pay a designer?

i simply just want a website that i can earn money from ppc ads posted on it.actually i want to create many websites with different focuses,but NONE will be blogs.maybe i will sell some products,so i will also need an option to accept credit cards.most of the sites i plan will be focused on exact keywords seached,and the domain name will fit that exactly.

what should i do to get the correct builder,use wordpress,weebly? sitebuild?

i want flexability,so i can basicly have whatever type website i want to create.

what please?

If you want flexibility then choose Wordpress. You are free to put up a blog, play with codes and add other sort of things. Since you told us that you want many of such websites then I must suggest that you hire a freelancer that can build such type of websites for you again and again. It is easy to duplicate a wordpress site using a plug-in called wp twin. All of the modifications can also be easily done though the gadgets page too.

A colleague of mine has built his own CMS system where clients can create a website (primarily for their restaurant, as it has a shopping cart solution). He is actually hosting my site and providing customer service, LiverpoolFootball.org - which has nothing to do with restaurants, so you can do anything with his system. I highly recommend that you use Wordpress for your web development. It works for small scale projects and can be extended by plugins for larger scale developments. The Wordpress system is also updated regularly.

If you have many sites to build that use a similar format, it is better to outsource them to a developer. The time you use to develop these sites could be used to decide on your monetisation strategy, which you can implement after your developer has completed your sites. It is all about weighing opportunity cost.

Are you selling products through drop-shipping, wholesaling or affiliate recommendation?

If you want a lot of Wordpress sites, you would be better off using the Multi-user install of Wordpress, then you run all your sites off one wordpress install instead of creating a lot of separate installs. With the separate installs you get a lot of files on your hosting and you have to update them all individually.

If you are just talking about parking pages, there are simpler solutions.

But should anything go wrong with one of the sites within Mult-user, troubleshooting the issue becomes more problematic.

I ended having to reinstall my site last year due to some quirks I had with WP Multi-user. Because of my aggressive customisation of my site, my re-install (plus setting all plugins) took 2 to 3 days.

True, and the initial setup is a pain. But it could make sense for cookie-cutter parking type sites.

For a lot of sites on one install Drupal would be better imo.

I would recoment Joomla, as it has multi user facility. and let a pro web designer developer install and configure the site for you.

I second the wordpress recommendation. Wordpress has pretty much changed in the last few years and now everything seems really presentable and of course flexible.
