Need some help fixing paragraph

Can someone help me with this?

I opened this page is Expression Web 4, tried to simply rearrange the lines, and the formatting literally started falling apart with each click.

I'm not a coder, so, I was just working with the regular GUI tools... in this case, simply dragging-and-dropping the lines in a different order, while random parts of them changed color, turned bold, and somehow duplicated certain words/symbols. (that's been life with every version of Expression Web I've used, started with version 1) After messing with it for half an hour, I finally gave up, hit Undo till I was back at the beginning, and noticed that all the formatting was STILL broken, somehow.

Here's what I'm looking at. (different stuff in EVERY screen)

Can someone send me a corrected block of code for this section, if it doesn't take too much time? It would help me a lot.
