There isn't really a "for hire" section of the board, and since this is still a site "in development", I hope this message is ok here.

I am in need of assistance with moderating my forum. It's not a very big forum yet so it won't be too time consuming. However, I'm looking for moderators who will help me promote the board and are knowledgable of online auctions. As of now, I have no real minimum post to go by, so if you simply PM me (there), and let me know which area you would like to mod, I will make you a mod of that area of the board. I will have a max of two mods per area, one (maybe two) areas per mod. Also, if you have been inactive for 14 days, your mod status will be removed. I'm not offering any NP$ for this as I want the mods to be true auction junkies who really want to make something of this with me.

I will be watching the mods and when I begin advertising (making $$), I will promote the most active/helpful mod to partner and will split the profits with that person and will become true partners of the board.

I have some good ideas as to how to make real $$, which I will share with the partner once they take on the position (not just ppc).

As long as they are active mods, I would have no problem paying them. Even if it's in W3$ kind of like here.
