Comic Strip Site Help

I promised a friend I would redo his online comic website.

The design and stuff is no issue, but I don't know how to go about making an easy way to archive/organize past strips. I'd like to have a way to organize them where I don't have to do to much work updating links in all the previous strips...

any ideas? (I don't know SQL or PHP so database stuff is pretty much out)

Thanks!
Dan
