Template designer needed for freelance project...

I am in need of a freelance designer to create a template for a business website (first page and content page), logo, and a PHPBB template to match. The budget for this project is $50-$100 paypal (not NP$). I will need to see a sample of your work before choosing the designer to do this. This has to be an original template and not a prefabbed one like from Template Monster or one of those. You will be featured at the bottom fo the page with a link to your design site if you'd like. The template will also have to be exclusive to us as well, but the original artist will hold the copyrights.

Will describe in more detail once a designer is picked. The template will be needed ASAP, but within a week (or two at the most).
