| Did not mean to come across like that. I was meaning upon completion of a proposal. I would like to see the ideas and quality that willing individuals have to offer. I am not going to pay someone money for something that is not what I am looking for. I will donate NP$ to individuals who submit ideas and or rough designs. From there, real money will be negotiated.
