Advert Network script - Required

Hi

We are looking for a script/software that allows us to run an Advertising Network.
It can be failry basic so long as it gets the job done.

Specifically:

Publishers can take the code and place it on their siteas which gets propogated with network Ads
Advertisers can purchase campaigns to show Ads on the network
Has a secure publisher/advertiser login system
Has full stats
Preferably template based

Anybody know of a good script that does this job?
Would also look at acquiring an existing site.
