Great way to find/get work done...
You can find some great programmers at the fillowing sites:
Freelancer Site 1 Freelancer Site 2 Freelancer Site 3
I use all 3 of them regularly...they are the best 3 I have found.
If you are a programmer...you may want to check into them to get some extra work too...I am always posting projects on them....hehehee

yeah np...all three are great sites...since they are all free, just makes sense to get projects posted (or look for new work for programmers) on all three...
The more resources and posts for projects the better is my motto.
