I've just installed a new ad management system on my site Sore-Eyes.com and am looking for people to exchange links or pay for placement. If you would like to exchange you must provide a reciprocal link first and your site must generate significant traffic numbers, if not, then I recommend paying for placement.
The setup is a mimic of Google's advertising program as they are text formatted ads with a 190 character keyword description and the title of your advertisement...
