I bought a template from these guys 16 days ago and although they were quick to take the money from my account, I have not recieved the template. I have emailed them at least three times since then asking what is going on and not a signle one of my emails has been replied. Do you people have any experience with these guys? Please I want my template, I paid for it. Any suggestions?
They have taken money from my bank account and now I am waiting for the template. It's been 2 weeks, and whether or not they have processed it (after two weeks), surely it is bad business practice to ignore emails.
I've had past experience with other companies. Find out what merchant you paid for the template through (i.e. PayPal, 2Checkout.com, Modernbill, etc.) and then you notify that company of this faulty transaction. They take care of it all. Also, a lot of those companies are owned one way or another by templatemonster.com and ultravertex.com so look into that too.
They said "they'd look into it", i spoke to the people from whom the templates are affiliated, and they said they will contact designtemplates, but nothing. Ive given up on it and purchased the template elsewhere but they still haven't done anything. Which mean they have my money but i do not have their template. I doubt its worth trying to contact them il just have to live with the loss.
