I need help designing a music tab site $$$

I have a site getting over 1000 visitors a day looking for tablature. For those of you that do not know what tablature is here is an example of what i'm looking for: http://www.guitaretab.com/g/guns-n-roses/25315.html. Does anyone know where I can get a website tablature script that comes complete with an admin panel and where users can upload tabs into a specific directory (guitar/bass/drums). I already have a CGI based database of 50,000 tabs so I have a majority of the content already. This script must be able to sort tabs by musical instrument and by band. Also, a search option would be nice (search by artist/title) and a rating system would be nice for each tab. Can anyone make a script like this? I am willing to pay $$$ for website design/implementation of scripts. I am also planning on adding VB forums in the future. Please PM or email me. You can also reach me on aol at "imy".

Here are some sites using PHP tablature scripts to give you an idea of what has been designed and what I'm looking for:

Couldn't you just use a normal CMS? There are CMS's for Lyrics sites, why not use that - it'll already have fields like Band, Song, etc.
