If you are talking building a site in html pages, there's a lot of tools... but if it is scripted, I don't think you can...

I am using webdwarf for building html pages fast... it a WYSIWYG editor..

You can ... here's what you need:

- Affiliate relationships with all the stores you plan to feature
- Datafeed access for every store (if you're going to do price comparisons for products other than their promos)
- Coupon feed access for every store (often a separate feed)
- Someone to write the front and back end code. This includes dynamic page displays AND code to automatically update and load the datafeeds (not as straightforward as it sounds because different merchants use different formats).

You can make life a little easier for yourself signing up for one of the coupon aggregator services - for multiple item categories you're probably looking at a minimum of about $500/month. Or you can sign up for a service that gives you coupon data on a "traffic share" basis (i.e. they get any commission earned on every 4th click) - they are generally free, but are very limited as far as display and formatting options.
