wordpress blog wanted developed

Hi. Need a wordpress blog developed for me due to both the pathetic dialup speed of pc plus my total lack of technical expertise. Will also need ongoing backup for a while to allow me to fire the 10,000 stupid questions i will ask like how do i add text or a pic or a link etc. Will need a paypal link and the means to market plants (bromeliads) in australia which we cultivate. If you can do great graphics design that is a plus but not important and seo it for me so i can retire in luxury.

The domain is cozi.asia (see ozi) which will be a general blog on quirky events happening in australia.

Post or pm your ideas and prices (not too expensive i'm poor). No rush, i'm a laid back no hassle person.
