Hello,

I was wondering if any developers/designers would be interested in starting a business of sorts. All who apply must be at least advanced to expert level of experience in their fields. I will oversee and develop as I have much experience in project management and developing.

I don't really have a portfolio but can code quick works for anyone who doesn't trust my abilities to develop. (No hard feelings)

In return, either way I will be asking for some work. Again, if you're like me and don't have a portfolio for whatever reason (e.g.: I don't because my agreement with customers is always they get 100% ownership of their software and I will not use for any reason or purpose) I will ask you quickly develop something that should be fairly simple for an advance/expert coder/designer.

A little more about how this will be run and what it will be like:

Payment Breakdown
I would like a team of about 4-5 developers/designers to work on projects given obviously for a specified amount. It will be an even split all ways in profit provided that all developers do their share of the work in the given time frame. If it takes you longer than the time-frame provided to develop your part and another developer picks up the slack after, your cut may be less. So in a perfect world 4 developers on a small project worth $100 all developers will get $25. I am including myself as a developer.

How will we communicate with each other?
Probably either via MSN or IRC

Communicating works?
I will be setting up a private SVN server for all developers/designers for all projects. This way we can easily manage the progress and what is going on! So SVN experience is a plus but not entirely necessary.

maybe I can try, I know how to design mostly vector, but I know photoshop also. I know php/mysql but I can't tell you for sure if I am expert material, as for SEO I did not have the chance to experiment with.
its been a week since I graduated from college and I have nothing to do beside playing WoW so maybe I could use some work, that's all. :>
