im not sure about that but im sure you can take a CMS, and if you get someone to make a good module for cheap, im sure it will be just as good. In all the times i have looked through hotscripts.com, i have not seen anything like this, said to say.

typo 3 is extremely powerful

www.typo3.org and is GPL

notable mention sitesupra www.sitesupra.com if you sign up as a developer you get one commercial license for free and non profit site licenses are free as well.

takes a while to learn how to use it, but it's not skimpy software by any means
