ideas for a use to be proxy site

Ok, so I had this proxy site that was doin pretty good in traffic but little to no revenue. And my hosting got suspended for all the php processes it was running so its either I upgrade hosting or don't have the proxy, and of course I didn't want to pay like 100 a month for something that wasn't making that. So what should I make my use to be proxy site into that I can take advantage of the traffic coming in?

You do know there is nice proxy hosting for very cheap...how much bandwidth was it using?

It averaged around 10 GB's of bandwith a day. Where is this hosting at?
