I am looking to start an online technical support site. I am looking for a developer that can set up a Virtual Assistant support site for me. I will give more details to the potential developer. Simply, customers would go to the site; enter required information;choose the support package that best suits their needs. They will be assigned a ticket. As soon as they request service, I'll be notified via email/text on my cellphone. I'll log in the site(integrated Chat/IM) and walk them thru the trobleshooting process. If they can't do it themselves then I wanna be able to log into their PC using any Remote Access program like Log Me In or Go to Assist. I am not looking for anything too complex right now. I need something that will function efficiently.
Please, PM me if interested. Also, If you have done similar work or have a portfolio I would like to see it. Again I want just a basic site right now that will function as described above. I would definitely like to add addtional features and tools once my business kicks off.
