Question Is it OK to sell a site with open source on it?

I'm setting up a website with drupal on it with the intention of selling it later on.

Now, I know I'll be able to increase the value of the domain a bit if I get traffic because of the content, but my question is this:

Could I actually sell the content (ie the folder containing drupal and all the things I've written etc)?

The site will be about freeware but will contain no files for download. I will only link to project homepages and maybe do mirrors.

Maybe I'm just evil?
