Lemon Jelly is an unknown quantity at this point
Wordpress and static pages - can it harm SE rangings?

If I setup a bog with just static pages overtime will it slowly fall down the ranks? If so, how often do would I need to add fresh content to keep in position?

It really depends on your site, your keywords, your competitors, and a hundred other things. Everyone likes fresh content. What does this have to do with WordPress though? Seems like a general SEO question to me.

fish is right. the answer depends on many many factors, but wordpress isn't one of them.

i have two static sites that don't seem to really fluctuate (downwards) in the serps. one of them has been static for over a year now.
