  | IMHO: check out http://www.wordpress.org Take an hour of your time to learn to install it. You need a hosting site with php and mysql enabled but dont really need to understand these. You just need a database name, username and password. Once its installed its really straightforward and allows easy to use plugins and widgets that can be moved around. A week ago, I felt like you but with a bit of help, I have changed my mind. My blog is a wordpress site - its not the best but have a look. I hope you dont mind this intrusion but your post sounds just like something I would have posted just a few days ago. EDIT: I believe that the 7 miles site is at : http://7miles.wordpress.com/ Its a site hosted by wordpress (http://www.wordpress.com), they are even easier to set up but you can just point your own dn at them, rather than navigate using your domain name eg www.domainname.com/blog etc . Also less flexible but that may not matter to you.
